Making an order or buying a gift via Internet is very easy.
After choosing a greeting card, a gift or a bouquet, please, fill in a form, which collects the details that would help us fulfill it the way which is better for you. Than check the details and click ORDER. You will get an e-mail, confirming the order, with the payment details in it.

PAYMENT You can pay for your order using wire transfer in any nearest bank office.
Our prices are stated in UAH and in USD. In case you are on the territory of Ukraine, please carry out the payment in UAH.

DELIVERY
When delivering the greeting cards, we are using the services of Укрпошта (Ukrainian post service), so the shipment costs across the territory of Ukraine is equal to the domestic priority receipt mail service and if delivering abroad - the same as international priority receipt mail service.
In the meantime, the Flowers, will be delivered to you by our courier only in Kyiv. The courier delivery price is a flat 15 UAH per address.
Greeting cards and gifts will be delivered, by your request, to any part of the world.

TERMS OF DELIVERY Greeting cards will be sent to you the next day after we receive the payment for the services. Please allow up to one week for delivery inside Ukraine, and up to two weeks for other countries.
We will inform you on the terms of delivery for gifts individually, while specifying the price for the order.

CANCELING THE ORDER If any of our products is not in stock, we will inform you about it on our web-site. In case you ordered the greeting card or the gift, which has just gone out, we will offer you to choose any other product for the same price, or cancel the order.
